Does anyone remember the V.Secret lipstick in a gold tube that they gave away with a bra purchase?
It was probably 2 years ago at least. I loved the color and I stupidly didn't write it down. I looked at all the colors on their website and I don't see it. Maybe it's discontinued but I'm hoping someone out there remembers it or still has it so I can try to see if they still have it! Someone please! Ooh, not good. I recommend Spray N Wash. That stuff is AWESOME. I've used it to remove ink stains (on clothes that were washed AND dried with it), spaghetti sauce (from a pink shirt that had already been washed and dried with the stain), lipstick, and many other things. It works every time! AND it's cheap!

Have you ever tried to get lipstick off of a white collar? I would say sense the daughter left it she should have to wear the spotted clothes. At my house whoever does the laundry gets to keep anything they find in the pockets. While my kids were growing up I would leave a few bucks scattered throughout. This created a complete pocket search that was usually good for not washing any unwanteds. My kids are all gone now but, an occasional 5 spot keeps the misses on the laundry detail!

Spray the area with the Shout - until it's pooled on the jeans, then sprinkle a layer of the bleach powder on to that. Set that aside for a day or 2, then wash normally. Don't bother removing the now hardened bleach clump - it will dissolve in the wash.
Check the jeans before you put them back into the dryer. The stain should either be gone, or much lighter. If it's gone, you're good to go, if it's lighter, try using straight ammonia and a tooth brush. Just rub a small amount of ammonia into the stain, then wash normally.

Looking for a tattoo written in cursive followed by tube of lipstick?
I saw the cover of a magazine in F.Y.E of a lady with a lot of tattoos specifically one written in cursive the color red. What's cool about is it has a tube of lipstick suggesting it was spelled with the tube of lipstick. I wish I remembered the magazine because it would help my search but I cannot. 1915 lipstick tubes found in wall?
I have been trying to find out what i could do with 2 lipstick tubes that i found while i was renovateing my house.
They seem to be from around 1915, as they are both metal and look like big gold bullets. There is still bright red lipstick in them and they are in good condition.
Any Ideas?

I had this problem myself. I've found that by applying my lipstick with a brush, I can round off the tip simply by using lipstick from that side of the tube. An added bonus is that my lips don't look so ';heavy'; or cakey; the lipstick color looks fresh and light on my lips.
This is an easy solution:for a few dollars you can buy tiny make up tubs and applicator brushes.I lop off the lipstick tip,deposit into tub,and can easily use remaining lipstick.The containers are then perfect for travel(less to pack),med cabinet(one less lipstick to hunt down)etc and can be given unused to girlfriends for their daughters sleepover fun et al.
What you do is don't rotate the container ,just look in the mirror and you will see what yuo need fix.

Stick a tooth pick in the middle of the half that is in the tube, then stick the broken off half on top of the other half of the tooth pick that is sticking out. This should do the trick! Place broken part in a small zip lock baggy, use a libstick brush to glide over the side of libstick, a lipstick brush is also a good way to dig out the last bits left in the bottom of you favorite stick.

put the broken part back in the tube apply a little pressure so that it sticks to its original position. then keep it in the deep fridge. that will cause it stick together. and from now on keep ur lipsticks in the fridge. they won't melt and break off.

Take a cotton swap and gently dab rubbing alocohol to it.
Then, take some dish detergent (like Dawn) %26amp; lightly dab that on the stain as well. Remember to dab both of these, not rub, or you will make the stain worse.
Next, toss it back in the washer with your normal laundry detergent %26amp; a squirt of the dish soap (not too much, just a drop)
They all claim that the dish soap is crutial b/c lipstick is oil based %26amp; the dish dtuff is made to ';get out the grease';I accidentally washed my husbands new dress shirts with a tube of lipstick. how can i get this off?

Put a warm compress over your lips and let it sit for a few minutes. After your lips warm up, scrub a little and the dry skin should peel right off. Put some of your favorite softlips chapstick on and it should clear right up.

You are going to have to scoop the lipstick out with a q-tip or nail file into the container for keeping. Then it's all up to the lip brush from there.

Soak all your clothing in Dreft. I know this is not the same, but it's close: My daughter had left a crayon in the pocket of her pants and it went through the wash and into the dryer. Unfortuately for us, the load was light colors and the crayon was red! I soaked all the clothes in dreft (and LOTS OF IT) for about a week. Every item of clothing ended up with NO red spots! Good luck!
I would try Dawn dish soap first. Rub it in the lipstick stain and then wash. If that don't get it. But that product that men use on their hands to wash grease off. Mo-Jo hand cleaner or something like that... I know that will get it

To make it show up bright pink on your lips, first moisturise them with lip balm, then dot a bit of foundation over your lips so you have a blank canvas and your natural lip colour doesn't affect the colour of the lipstick. Then apply your lipstick, blot, apply again, blot, and apply again to have a really bright colour.

I like when old trends come back, it's fun, but you can only do it to an extent. I think it looked great with the 60s eye makeup, and can put more emphasis on the eyes. But when your lips blend into your face and make you look like a dead body it's creepy O.oPale Lipstick Trend... Why is this hot?

How to pull of Hot Pink Lipstick?
Hot Pink Lipstick is the newest hot trend for spring/summer 2009. I Love how it looks on me, but am having trouble balancing my eye/lip. I don't like to leave the eye bare, or even with a strong lash with falsies and a little shimmer in the corner, that's just too basic and daytime. i plan on wearing my hot pink lipstick at night, so an evening look would be ideal. I usually wear a strong eye and a soft pink lip, but i want to wear my Hot Pink Lipstick. any suggestions on how to pull of Hot Pink Lipstick?

So, I went to Sephora and bought 4 Urban Decay liners and a lipstick from Makeup Forever (so. expensive. jeez.). I wore the lipstick today and I LOVE it!
For the eyes, I used Gunmetal and Yeyo. I'm really pale so I can't use black. I put Gunmetal on my top lid, Yeyo in the waterline, and lightly applied Gunmetal again on the outer half of the lower lid.
I was wondering if it'd be a bad idea to do the same thing with Gunmetal on the top and Stash or 1999 on the bottom. Would the colors look weird together/ would it be too much color?

you may just want to visit the drugstore and check out all the lipsticks..a lot of brands cary different types of colors and u just need to see which one u like and if it suits you well.

Hi there- I am getting married in two weeks in Vegas and I am getting my makeup done- which am very very excited about... my problem is that when I went for the trial she put hot pink lipstick on me and I actually really like it and you see stars wearing it all the time these days... so is it in for the summer or out? People kind of gave me the look that I looked like a hooker but I dont know if I am just being self consious... Please help... When your trying to find lipstick you dont look for what matches your hot pink dress. you find a shade that matches your skin tone and looks natural.
Now lipgloss on the other hand comes in many ';flavors'; i would get a pink shimery one. thats cute but mature.
Don't try and match Hot pink with hot pink. Go natural on the lips... a really shiny sparkly gloss

Depends on the girl and the way she looks. It can look glamourous on some women.

i don't like it . But if u wanna wear it , i would wear it with like a black dress when your out at night . i wouldn't wear red lipstick during the day though.

It depends on your skin colour and the ocassion.It suits SOME people with fair skin but if you're skin is dark it does'nt really look all tht nice at times.
hot for partys and special occasions with the right out fit but any where else its totally freaky!

Hot! You have to have the confidence to pull it off though. And wear a decent shade that suits you. The girls at the MAC counter would be able to tell u what would suit you... They do a nice one called Ruby Woo and also Lady Bug.
