Supposedly it has something to do with lips becoming flushed and red while a woman is sexually excited. That could be the underlying reason why we find it so hot.
Otherwise I cannot explain why red lipstick is hot.
Whoever says lipstick is slutty probably can't pull it off and are jealous of the girls who can. Fukeneh lipstick is hot especially red.
