My daughter once colored an entire lipstick into some white carpet of the apartment we were living in 4 weeks before we movd out! I got it out - thank god - I certainly could not have afforded to replace the carpet.





Anyhow, I used Dawn dishwashing liquid - you could also use shampoo. On the theory that lipstick is basically grease, and Dawn ';takes grease out of your way!';. It took a long time, and a lot of scrubbing, but it all came out.
