My daughter left a tube of dark lipstick in her jeans, which was found in the dryer on other pairs on jeans.?

Ooh, not good. I recommend Spray N Wash. That stuff is AWESOME. I've used it to remove ink stains (on clothes that were washed AND dried with it), spaghetti sauce (from a pink shirt that had already been washed and dried with the stain), lipstick, and many other things. It works every time! AND it's cheap!

STEP1: Dab stain very lightly with denatured alcohol using a soft, white cloth.

STEP 2: Rub dishwashing detergent gently into the stain with your finger.

STEP 3: Try using a stain stick and leaving it on for several minutes before washing, if the mark is stubborn.

STEP 4: Wash fabric as usual. It would be best to air dry the garment.

STEP 5: Ask your dry cleaner for help if all else fails.

Have you ever tried to get lipstick off of a white collar? I would say sense the daughter left it she should have to wear the spotted clothes. At my house whoever does the laundry gets to keep anything they find in the pockets. While my kids were growing up I would leave a few bucks scattered throughout. This created a complete pocket search that was usually good for not washing any unwanteds. My kids are all gone now but, an occasional 5 spot keeps the misses on the laundry detail!
i had the same problem and all i did was, wash it again with tide.it should work by just washing again in hot water
Use drops of petrol and rub it,
Try Shout spray and Color Safe bleach powder.

Spray the area with the Shout - until it's pooled on the jeans, then sprinkle a layer of the bleach powder on to that. Set that aside for a day or 2, then wash normally. Don't bother removing the now hardened bleach clump - it will dissolve in the wash.

Check the jeans before you put them back into the dryer. The stain should either be gone, or much lighter. If it's gone, you're good to go, if it's lighter, try using straight ammonia and a tooth brush. Just rub a small amount of ammonia into the stain, then wash normally.
Uh oh.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE! Try WD40. It is in the list of 2000 other uses for it - if you've discovered that your teenage daughter has washed and dried a tube of lipstick with a load of laundry, saturate the lipstick spots with WD-40 and

re-wash. Presto! Lipstick is gone!

This is like a mircle product that is made of natural stuff - just Fish Oil. goto www.wd40.com and see all the helpful stuff it can be used to clean.

No I do not work for them.
Lipstick

Loosen stain with a non-flammable dry cleaning solvent. Rub detergent in until stain outline is gone. Wash in hottest water and detergent safe for fabric.

Good Luck !
