NEVER CHAPPED - DONT SAY CHAPSTICK CAUSE THAT DON'T WHAT THEY DOHOW DO I GET MY LIPSTICK TO STAY ON LIKE CELEBs? AND HOW I GET THEM TO BE SOFT LIKE THEM?
Any of those long lasting types will stay on.Like Colorstay.It's a 2 step application.The first part is almost like a stain that won't come off,the second part is a sealer gloss type thing.It's darned hard to remove that stuff!
